# Systematic You

> Systematic You LLC is Dr. Monica Rysavy's AI strategy practice, run from Wilmington, Delaware. She works with established authors, coaches, consultants, and businesses whose product is what they know. She maps which parts of a business have to stay with its owner and which parts AI should run, designs the system, and guides the build. Systems get built inside the client's own accounts, by the client or their people, and keep running without her. Peter Rysavy is Chief Experience Officer. Dr. Rysavy holds a Ph.D. in Learning Design, an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, two M.B.A.s (Financial Management, Marketing Management), and a J.D. in intellectual property law. She was previously COO at Forte Labs, the online education company behind Building a Second Brain.

## How to start with her

Every engagement begins with one application form, which routes to the right path based on the answers. There is no general contact form and no free discovery call.

- **The application** asks a few questions about the business and what the person is trying to do.
- **A twenty-minute conversation on what should never be automated**, for fits. It covers the one or two things in the business that should stay with its owner no matter what gets built around them, and it is useful whether or not an engagement follows.
- **The Audit** is the diagnostic entry point: two weeks, one working session, and a document the client fills in between. It ends in a ranked plan of what to build, what can wait, and what to skip, executable with her or without her.
- **Build days and the Systematic Build** are the build path. Build days run five hours; the full build runs 60 to 90 days. She takes one build at a time.
- **Systematic Partnership** keeps someone reachable who knows how the system was built. Two calls a month, plus questions answered Monday through Friday within two business days.
- **Coaching** is for people assembling their own system who want a thinking partner instead of a build. Two 30-minute calls a month with support in between, booked two months at a time.
- **A Strategy Call** answers one decision, with the reasoning behind it. 45 minutes, $500, and nothing has to happen afterward. The first question in the application routes here directly.
