Imagine finding a cute robot browsing through the stacks in a library – it’s unexpected and out of place, right?
Just like a surprise I encountered recently. I was excited about a workshop that seemed perfect for my professional development.
As I was about to purchase, I noticed something odd — the fine print at the bottom of the sales pages above the purchase button indicated that a 30-day membership was bundled with it, auto-renewing at a monthly fee equal to the workshop cost itself!
This was a real ‘robot in a library’ moment. It felt wrong, like a hidden clause designed to trip me up. And it made me think:
👉🏻 If I almost missed this, how many others didn’t see it at all?
I believe in a different approach for my customers. When you sign up for my workshops or courses, there are no tricks or traps. What you see is what you get. No hidden memberships, no unwelcome surprises on your bill. I respect your trust and intelligence, and I commit to upholding that with every offer, every interaction.
I’m here to build bridges of knowledge and trust, not trapdoors of fine print.
